Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RSC)
What Is RSC?
Reflective Supervision & Consultation is a supportive, relationship-based process that provides space to pause, reflect, and think deeply about one’s work. It emphasizes curiosity, self-awareness, and emotional safety rather than evaluation or performance review.
Through guided reflection, individuals and groups explore their experiences, reactions, and relationships within their work. RSC helps strengthen professional effectiveness, reduce stress and burnout, and build resilience-especially in roles that involve caregiving, are trauma-exposed, or emotionally demanding work.
